Summer is a living rhythm. The sun, soil, and pulse of the earth in form of our breath come together in a gentle yet powerful dance of transformation. At Earth Seedlings Yoga, we meet this vibrant energy through movement, mindfulness, and conscious nourishment.


Led by Jigna Fadia, a deeply experienced yoga and mindfulness practitioner, our work this season invites you to explore how yoga aligns with the natural cycles of life. As the flowers bloom, fruits ripen, and the earth hums in a gentle dance with energy, your body also begins to shift, awaken, and seek nourishment from within.


In our sessions, each posture is born from the ground up rooted like a seedling, flowing like water, and lifted by breath. We practice not only to move but to feel, to tune into the kindness of our bodies and the nourishment available in simple, mindful living.
