About Jigna Fadia
Jigna Fadia is an experienced teacher and lifelong student of yoga and mindfulness, as well as a certified iRest® teacher and Master Reiki Practitioner. She brings presence and intention to every moment—on and beyond the mat. Her deep commitment to the practice has taken her across India and Western countries, where she has explored and embraced the rich blend of Eastern wisdom and Western approaches to healing and well-being.
Jigna’s teaching reflects a unique synthesis of mindfulness, breathing, grounding, and gentle movement, all of which can be safely explored in the comfort of your personal space—anytime, anywhere. She believes that aging gracefully is not only possible but deeply fulfilling when practiced in community with like-minded individuals committed to living skillfully, with joy and health.
Her own journey of healing and rediscovery began during a 2.5-year struggle with chronic vertigo and Meniere’s disease. During this time, yoga became her deepest strength and most reliable resource. Through consistent practice focused on breathing, grounding, and the relaxation response, she found a safe path to recovery, helping her reconnect with her inner resilience and personal power. It was a profound pause—an invitation to rediscover the true nature of strength that resides within us all.
Jigna’s relationship with Esther Myers Yoga has played a pivotal role in her evolution as both a practitioner and a teacher. Guided by the wisdom of her teachers—Mar Jean Olson, Tama Soble, and Monica Voss—Jigna found not only healing, but transformation. Their guidance reshaped how she teaches yoga and how she sees herself and others on their life journeys. With gratitude and love, she continues to teach from a place of authenticity, compassion, and deep respect for the inner landscapes of those she serves.
