When teams feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or burnt out, even the best wellness programs fall short. That’s why in 2026, we’re introducing Yoga & Mindfulness Pods, small, intentional group spaces designed for deeper connection and meaningful well-being. These pods bring together 6–12 participants for personalized yoga and mindfulness, allowing each person to be seen, supported, and guided at a pace that feels natural. Every pod becomes a space for grounding, nervous system care, and genuine human connection.


My aim is to create:


• room to breathe, slow down, and reset

• practices shaped by the group’s needs

• deeper interpersonal connection

• mindfulness that continues beyond the session More details to come.



At Earth Seedlings Yoga, I bring over a decade of experience blending yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and iRest® Yoga Nidra to help individuals and organizations cultivate calm, resilience, and balance. 🌞
